Privacy Notice
1. Data Controller
PARPA ENDÜSTRİYEL TEMİZLİK ÜRÜN. GIDA SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Parpa" or the "Company") is the data controller, within the meaning of Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), for the personal data we collect through the parpakozmetik.com website (the "Site"). This notice explains how that data is processed.

2. Personal Data We Process
When you fill in the contact or quote-request form on the Site, we process the following personal data:
- Identity data: full name
- Contact data: email address and, if you provide it, phone number
- Business data: company name, if you provide it
- Request content: the product/model you are interested in, requested quantity, your message
- Security data: submission timestamp, IP address and technical logs (to prevent abuse)
- Referral data: how you reached the Site, if available
- Consent record: confirmation that you accepted this notice (version and timestamp)
Simply browsing the Site collects nothing that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, unless you submit the contact/quote form. If you consent in the cookie notice, statistical data about your use of the Site is processed through Google Analytics: the pages you visit, visit duration, device and browser information, approximate location and a random cookie identifier assigned to your browser (see the Cookie Policy for details). The Site's quote list feature is kept entirely in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
The map showing our company address on the contact page is embedded from Google LLC's Google Maps service and loads when you open that page. While it loads, your IP address and browser and device information are sent to Google, and Google may set its own cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of Processing
- Evaluating your quote requests and contacting you about them
- Answering questions and requests submitted through the contact form
- Identifying which product/category your request relates to and routing it correctly
- Securing our forms and preventing abuse (spam, automated submissions)
- If you consent, measuring how the Site is used, statistically, and improving it
- Showing our company's location on a map on the contact page
- Complying with our legal obligations
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (necessary for the performance of a contract, i.e. handling your quote request) and Article 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest in form security and abuse prevention).
Processing through analytics cookies is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1). You can withdraw it at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page.
Data sent to Google through the map on the contact page is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing visitors where our company is (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
5. Data Transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond the purposes above. The Site's technical infrastructure (hosting, database and file storage) runs on Cloudflare, Inc. (U.S.-based) cloud services; as a result, your data may be processed/stored on servers outside Turkey to the extent necessary to provide the service. If you consent in the cookie notice, your Site usage data is processed on servers outside Turkey by our analytics provider, Google LLC (U.S.-based). When the map on the contact page loads, your IP address and browser and device information are also processed by Google LLC on servers outside Turkey.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained only for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods that apply.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information about it if it is;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used consistently with that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom it is transferred;
- request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly;
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7;
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to;
- object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data; and
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a written request to exercise the rights above to Turgut Reis Mahallesi Fatih Caddesi, Demirsoy Sokak No: 6/B, Sultanbeyli / İstanbul, Türkiye. An email or registered-electronic-mail (KEP) address for faster handling will be added to this notice once one is published.
